CNC Laser cutting

Precision cut components are the key to any fabrication project. Over the years, Armer Quality Components have invested heavily in computer-controlled laser cutting machinery, keeping pace with the latest technology and investing in the future to offer customers the very best in precision components.

Our CNC laser cutting machine is at the heart most projects we undertake. The high power laser is able to cut up to 20mm mild steel and 10mm stainless steel in a 3000mm x 1500mm sheet size. Our in-house design engineers take customer drawings (in most formats) and turn them into working Cad-Cam programs for the laser cutter. The machine itself runs constantly, keeping the other processes fed with precision cut components.
